Umm..i turn on a REGULAR heating pad not rice or whatever and i put it on my bed or the couch and i just lay down and try to relax. Or if it's really bad i'll do pilates cuz it gets you stretched out and it DOES help. :)

Take a long hot bath.
Eat bananas.
Put pressure on ur stomache.
Drink hot tea.
Try midol.

If theyre horribly bad take it easy and call your mom/someone who could stop and pick up medication or give you furthur advice. [ x_C010rMyW0r1d's advice column | Ask x_C010rMyW0r1d A Question ]

Another thing to try if your cramps aren't that bad, try to do some light exercises. That will make them go away and prevent them from coming back as strong.
