actually, getting on birth control (the pill)
helps.
You can get it prescribed from a doctor for menstral cramps. ]
i'd say to use a hot water bottle/heating pad.
and i heard that drinking milk helps also. it worked for me...
hope i helped! ]
u can take warm showers and baths, drink vanilla beans from starbucks, and strecth to make them go away

a heat pack works wonders....i have also heard that eating bananas helps ]
What I do for cramps. If I have midol i take it but midol never seems to help me so it's basically useless for me anyways. Umm..i turn on a REGULAR heating pad not rice or whatever and i put it on my bed or the couch and i just lay down and try to relax. Or if it's really bad i'll do pilates cuz it gets you stretched out and it DOES help. :)

Take a nap.
Take a long hot bath.
Eat bananas.
Put pressure on ur stomache.
Drink hot tea.
Try midol.
Hope i helped. ]
If you dont have a heating bag, try filling up a water bottle or something with hot water, it works just as well. If theyre horribly bad take it easy and call your mom/someone who could stop and pick up medication or give you furthur advice. ]
Try taking a hot/warm shower or bath. That usually works well.
Another thing to try if your cramps aren't that bad, try to do some light exercises. That will make them go away and prevent them from coming back as strong.
Also, lay down and take a nap that usually works! ]
