If your hymen was still intact when you lost your virginity, it's still possible that it wouldn't hurt. I didn't feel much pain when mine was torn. Every girl is different in that way.
The more comfortable you are with your partner and the longer you take to build up to the experience (foreplay), the less it's going to hurt. Alot of the pain the first time comes with being very nervous and tense and not taking enough time with foreplay.
Those could be any of the reasons. Each woman is built differently. Sometimes there are no reasons for why it hurts with one and does not for another. [ OhLove's advice column | Ask OhLove A Question ]

girls have something that is called a hymen (commonly known as a cherry)you could have accidently broke your hymen (popped your cherry) before by inserting a tampon or something like that. Or you hymen still might not have broken because it might be really think. Ususally when your cherry is popped that is one of the most painful parts of sex. Either that or you have a high tolerance for pain and your friends don't. Also the fear of the pain of having sex could have sunk into your head and you thought it was gonna be much worse than it actually is.
