Well I don't know really about the outfits but I have kind of the same features, auburn hair, white skin, and hazel eyes. I've noticed green and turquoise look really good on me, they might on you too. There's no real outfits/size I can tell u because I don't know your body type. Some good stores are Charlotte Russe, American Eagle, Aero, Forever21, Kohls, and Target has some cute stuff too. Just go w/ your own style and what you like best on yourself. Have fun!
