this is prolly stupid but ok well i got my period tonight & usually it lasts 6-7 days although there has been a couple times when its only lasted 4-5. umm i really need it gone by monday, or at least a very light flow by then... anything i can do to make it stop/become much lighter by then ? im going to a waterpark, & tampons are NOT an option soo ya. help ?

No, that's crap. You can't control it unless you take and use a specific Birth Control pill in the right way.

exercise and eat healthy! that's what i do and it works for me. actually, i exercise regularly anyway, so my periods are like 5-6 weeks apart and they only last for 4-5 days. just be very active and see if that works.

umm im not sure but i heard somewhere that spicy food can slow it down somehow.again im not sure.
give it a try.
once youre in the water it usually doesnt come out or not as much.

Nope i dont think theres a way. Although, when somebody goes in water when they are on their period...the blood doesnt come out.

My cousin did that before and it worked okay just make sure when you get out of the water you run the bathroom hah
