new vs.old?

Question Posted Tuesday July 25 2006, 10:25 pm

here is the thing. me and my friend where really close for an year and we got into these fights and decided to ignore me for 5 months. last week he goes and IM's me and says he was sorry for what he did. and that he'd like to talk again but not turning back to close friends we were.

and the thing is im not sure if i should give him a chance..or forget it. because it feels a tad awkward.

thanks

well if you were close friend (not like lovers) then i think you should take him back. he's not asking to be your best friend... he want's to be able to talk again. the akwardness will wear off with time but i think you should at least give it a try. <3
