On MY camera, with MY settings changed, here's what it holds:

I can't tell u an exact number because it depends how big you set your camera's pictures to be. But I'd reccomend getting a 1 gb for like maybe 40-50 dollars. This is a really good deal because 512mb cards cost like 30. For a store to go to, check staples because I just saw a good deal for a 1 gb for only $25!

it depends on how big your pics are, but as i recall, a 2 gig holds about 1,500-2,000 pics (my pics are 5 megapixels so it may differ). my 512 memory card holds about 800 pics, my 256 holds about 400 pics, and my 128 holds about 200 pics. i've seen some flash drives at best buy that were like twenty bucks but i don't know what size they were. check circuit city or best buy or even radio shack. however much money it is, it's definitely worth getting one because it's so handy... i keep a 128 in my backpack so that i can put word docs and pics on it for school stuff (i'm editor of the yearbook staff so i'm always having to get files back and forth from my house to school).
