Hey there im 13 female and i am 5'2 and 117 pounds i absolutley love my body but i have no will power to lose like 5 or 6 punds and if you answer please dont say get a friend to help i need real advice like how to get pumped to excersize. Thanks XOXO

you should make some sort of game out of it like if i go to the gym now, ill have pizza for dinner or go to a friends house or just do something you like. by makeing a game out of it it, it will give you more eagerness to workout:)

Well you either do it or you don't. You have to want to lose the weight to do it. Because we all know it's not going to happen on its own. You said not to say get a friend to help, but that really could work. Go running alot and get a friend to go with you so it isn't boring. Or don't take a friend and just listen to music while you do it or something. If you don't wanna run at all, try simple walking or swimming everyday. Whenever you find yourself just sitting and not doing anything, get up and move around, that's excersizing. Eating right helps too of course but it won't on it's own. Good luck!
