weight ok i need a diet just to lose like 5 or 6 lbs
i need it to include running and a healthy food diet and any tips for getting "pumped" to exercise
p.s. include running i love to run!

go for 5 walks daily 2 runs daily and maybe swim a few laps in a swimming pool

to luse 5 or 6 pounds- watch calories. it works like a CHARM. stay under 1200 calories a day. drink diet sodas instead of regular sodas, and cut out chips/sweets/ice cream if you have either on a regular basis. i lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks.

You can go to the club everyday and run the track twice, and then go to the gymnasium and do some exercises.
About the healthy food diet, you can not take anyone's opinion, because you must consult a doctor to write you one himself. ]
ok try having a lower cal diet, and work out like at least once a day. try streching out, then running around the block without stopping. then try lifting weights and doing sit ups. this kind of workout will slimm you down, and give you more muscle in your legs, arms, and abs. ]
