sbgrl427 answered Tuesday July 25 2006, 1:53 am: to luse 5 or 6 pounds- watch calories. it works like a CHARM. stay under 1200 calories a day. drink diet sodas instead of regular sodas, and cut out chips/sweets/ice cream if you have either on a regular basis. i lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks.
