im trying to loose weight
and i have ddr
and i was wondering if i do that would it help me loose weight?
and if it does how long should i do it for??

P.S. im also on an all water diet. all i drink is water. and i cut down on eating more food.

Maybe give some free advice about: Health? abovelove36 answered Tuesday July 25 2006, 12:45 pm: theres a certain disc. i dont remember what one it is, i think its the green one. i used to play ddr like crazy. i would play for appx. 3 and a half hours a day. yes, A DAY. i went from about 103 lbs (106 when i have my period) to 99 in about a month of doing it every day, sometimes 6 hours if i had people sleep over. maybe more. the green disc says how many calories you burned after one song, then after the 3 song intervals.
while playing, drink propel. your mouth gets really dry for whatever reason, and the flavor helps.
so yes, it will help. itll take a lot of effort though.
i also played ddr before i started playing every day, so i could do all songs on light and most on standard. that could help too. beginer probably wont help you with this, just a warning.
uisforukelele answered Tuesday July 25 2006, 12:06 am: yes, it will help. there should be a "workout mode" or "exercise mode" on there, and as you dance it tells you how many calories you burn, how many steps you take, how many miles you dance, and all kinds of stuff. normally i can burn about 10 calories in a minute doing that, so if you dance for 20 minutes that's around 200 calories! BExJEAL0US answered Monday July 24 2006, 9:24 pm: idk if you have it or not, but on my ddr there`s an exercise mode. so if you do, just follow the instructions and do it for about an hour. if you don`t have that, just do regular ddr for an hour too.
