my sis uses bag like H.E.B bages cuts it up and put it around her stomach and do sit ups but I don't know DOES IT WORK I mean I see her everyday and nothing change but I don't know cause I see her every day?

It makes you sweat more so you lose water weight. Tell her to use plastic wrap, it works better. Yes, it does work but only for water weight.
