I am having a sweet sixteen and was wondering how i could get a celebrity to play at my party

go to the band website, go to the "contact" page (or maybe booking, whichever) and give them a call/email. if they're not already booked, they should be happy to come play at your party (but it will cost a lot of money, but i'm sure you're aware of that). anyway, sounds like fun! my parents have a lot of parties (we own a business that rents out stage/audio/lighting equipment) and we have bands come play and it's always really awesome.

Go On to the artist lets say Busta Ryhmes you would go 2 www.aftermathrecords.com click contact us e-mail them and tell them and then hopefully they reply
