Stomach, love handles, thighs

Question Posted Sunday July 23 2006, 5:47 pm

I'm 5'3" and 110 pounds. I don't really have a problem with my weight and I think I exercise enough (1-2 miles 3-5 days a week on my bike, plus sometimes 5-10 miles on Saturdays or Sundays or both). But I'd like some tips or exercises on how to flatten my stomach and get rid of my love handles and get my thighs in shape. Help?
