Are you on a diet? Well join the club!
I am too...
What i usually do...
I do about 20 pushups a day.
And maybe 40 or 50 sit ups .
I dont eat as many sweets.
An dim starting to eat more vegtables and fruits. exactly what you should do!

salad for one and never have anything fried that is not good for you plus fattening always have it boiled instead with only water um...as for situps and pushups do 100 each before you sleep so then all the extra food you ate will be burned
