nooo i NEED to loose 5 pounds please?

You may be able to lose 5 pounds. Weight loss is a crazy thing. Step up the exercise if you can stand it. Drink lots of water so it fills you up before you sit down to eat. Get plenty of sleep. I have heard that not getting enough sleep contributes to weight gain.

Good luck. Hope you lose the 5 pounds! Get of the puter and get dancing around the room! :)
