Natural highlights?

Question Posted Friday July 21 2006, 8:39 am

I would like to highlight my hair (brownish black with a hint of red), but my mother won't let me use artificial dyes. Dees anyone know of any organic highlighters? (I've heard of using coffee, but the same source informed me that you need to wash your hair with it about ten times.)

boil a pot of chamomile tea and let it cool. rinse your freshly washed/conditioned hair in it and sit in the sun. you could use a spray bottle instead of rinsing your hair with it, they both work the same. if you want to go lighter, then do it everyday for about a week. the chamomile tea will work better than lemon juice cause your hair is darker.

Put lemon juice on youre hair and sit outside. The sun is what activates it. I hear that lightens youre hair lovelyy.

And maybe you can try "sun in" Its supposed to lighten hair.My stepsister uses it.

Good luck
