Staying in shape? I'm a competative volleyball player; in the off season I gain weight and its difficult for me to train once season starts again. How do I keep my body in top shape with out having practice everyday.
My parents won't get us a membership to a gym. I'm not allowed to go running around my neighborhood because three girls in here have been kidnapped, our treadmill broke, and I don't have any exercise videos and my parents don't want me to buy any, because they're afraid I think I'm fat and I'll go anorexic. HELP!

Don't worry I'm a very competitave volleyball player also. I'm not skinny as a stick, but I'm onw of the best players. You don't have to be thin to play sports. Because if you did then I couldn't. lol. Hope I helped. ]
well this is simple do 20 crunches at night before bed. i do gymnastics and crunches are the best to bulid muscle in your stomach. also for your legs lay on your back and lift your legs like a few inches off the ground and hold them for like 20 secs. its so hard but its worth it. those are somethings we do to stretch,
