Okay, heres the deal! My period is three days late, (which i could care less about) BUT, i am leaving for vacation on the 25th, then i'm coming back the 28th. Since its only three days, i dont care about that, but next month, i'm leaving on the 17th, and coming back a week later. Now, my quistion is, since i dont want to have my period next month, during the time i'm on vacation, is there any way to lessen the time that i have my period. Like foods that i could eat, or excersise's i could do? Any help would really be appreciated!!!!
Mollysie answered Wednesday July 19 2006, 9:17 pm: Awww. Man I hate periods, but yes there is somethings you could do, but sadly it will come when it comes.But it never hurts to try! Try to stay away from sugary foods, drink tons of water, and run! Those will probably help a little but theres not much you really can do! Just like eat less carbs, and more fruit, vegtables. Try really hard to stay away from bread. And run, do crunches! I hope this helps! Poor girl, on your vacation! I recomend extended relief midol, really helps it last up to like 6 hours so you take it in the morning then your good for like the rest of the day! So Good luck!
