i really like this guy but if my friends found out they would make fun of me since hes not "our kind". what should i do? =/

Follow your heart. I know, that sounds really lame, but do what makes you happy. If your friends really are your friends, then they'll accept him as who he is. If you really like this guy then I don't think it's fair to yourself to not give it a shot. Hopefully, you'll do what makes you happy, good luck :)
