Genetics do play a part, but just because your mom is a DD doesn't mean you will be also. Since your mom is large-chested, it means that you are probably going to be also, but you might end up to be a high C instead of a DD.

Not neccasarily, her body type is probably different than you, since your almost done growing, I dont think you will be, but if her mom was, or her sister is, maybe you will.
Its kinda unpredictable with everyone having different bodies you know? :)
