Wow, you're describing me, lol! I am those exact same measurements and I hate fruits and vegetables. I only like a few. Alright, I'm not going to tell you my long story, but I was overweight last year and I've been dropping aprx 2-3 pounds per month for a year and a half. (Yes, I lost over 30 pounds.) This is what I do:

**Do a 45-minute cardio at least 4 times a week. I use the work-out tapes.
**Those other days, take a 15-minute walk. Walks are healthier than jogs, you know.
**Also on walking days, 3 sets of 20 crunches broken up throughout the day.
**Food requirements: (AT LEAST/PER DAY) 1 fruit (drinks count, but not the energy drinks with fake flavorings); 1 veggie (drinks count, again, has to be natural); 1 glass of milk; 3 glasses of water (but you can break it up throughout the day)

Don't overdo it. Also, don't go on a starvation diet, it SO does not pay off. Don't expect to loose a lot all at once. A steady 3-5 pounds a month is healthy for someone our age.

Find out what works for you and run with it. (No pun intended :P )
