i really need to get a flat stomach. but seriously it looks like im pregnant lol no im not fat i just need to get a flat stomach. what kind of excercises can i do and an estimate how long will it take. thanks!
BabiiD answered Sunday July 16 2006, 10:50 pm: Go running, swimming, jump roping, or on a bike. Any cardio-vascular excercize is good for toning your whole body down, not just your stomach.
