what kind of home excercise can i do to get stronger im kinda in shape but i need more results. i dont want a miracle just something i can handle and that is better than push ups (i have 25lbs dumbells and bicept curl is getting too easy) also what kind of stuff should i eat

Maybe give some free advice about: Fitness? kick_me answered Friday July 14 2006, 3:04 am: well i know you wanted home exorcise but why dont you just go to the gym...or if you dont want you should get a protein powder and make it at home..u know just mix with milk...but in order to drink that and have a affect on you, you have to work out..i mean seriously...not like an hour today and next month do the same...no and basketball and football that always tightens your body and makes you feel like crap i know...but its real good for your body..but im warning you if your gonna seriously exercise and the protein drink and everything dont stop for like 3 or 4 months that will make your musules smaller oh and dont exercis more than 5 days a week its not good to overexercise your body..trust me i know..well good luck oh sorry one more thing steriods dont take them....they make you strong but have seriously nasty side affects [ kick_me's advice column | Ask kick_me A Question ]
