excersizes lately ive been really into excersizing. i want to tonemy body (preferably just my stomach, but i also NEED stronger arms & legs!!)
so anygood excersizes? (rite now i do lunges, lift wieghts, and crucnhes)

without missing a step
and it i could feel right after it really worked my legs

Try this
Lay down on the floor
lift your legs up in a 90* degree angle keep that postion
count to 15.
back down
keep doing it every nite ]
All i can say is this. For youre stomache, just do sit ups and crunches.
For youre legs, i would say pushing something with youre legs, find whatever you can. Or you can go to the gym, i know they have special machines for it.
And for youre arms,just lift weights.
