Try set a mood for it then, something that your girlfriend likes, but not something like a romantic dinner, something that you can do without other people around, and in a comfortable environment - so best place to start is perhaps your house or her house, and just keep it romantic, don't put any pressure on her though if she wants to as well then she should do it naturally, but help her with little hints, she would probably do the same for you.
