hummus?

is hummus healthy? i mean i thought it was but i wasnt exactly 100% sure. i eat...tribe classic hummus. any clue?

nothing is healthy if it's all you eat. it also depends on what you eat hummus on. if you're eating hummus on top of pita bread you're probably fine with it as a snack. but hummus on top of salt-covered fritos is not good.

hummus is very healthy. its made out of chic-peas. like the person below me said, it has a lot of proteins, and not just that, but vitamins. Thats a tastey snack that will give you a lot of healthy nutrients!
