miles & weight loss

i want to walk 6 miles everyday so what i need to no it how many steps equal a mile also if i drink water and eat heathy and do tiebo twice a day how long will it take to lose 25 pounds i more thing i wanna keep motavated and after i read websites like toneteen.com it helps so i would like other websites like that thanx
