i tore my groin and it's hurtin terrible well i was wondering how long do you think i'll be on crutches? and if it should be hurting in the back and front? and what are some things i need to avoid doing to help it heal faster?

oh man... i had this happen to me in my first year of football... You'll be on crutches anywhere from 1 to 3 months... as far as heeling faster drink large ammounts of water... and make sure this water contains flouride...(basic tap water is what has flouride in it) and just like sit down and sleep and talk on the phone... plus once or twice a day you should get up and move around and make sure you dont get super stiff and make the thing lock up... aight peace and good luck...

To make it heal faster? dont move that much and dont have sex.

Probably a while that you will be on crutches, i mean you did tear your groin!
