Getting my tragus pierced...
Okay so i am thinking of getting a Tragus piercing.

and i had a two questions....
1. how painful is it?
2. my mom is saying its horrible to get it done there cause it may effect your ear but i told her that when i asked a friend she said that it has no major nerves and dont connect to, is it dangerous like my mom says?

i want mine done too, but my parents would kill me- anyways.
1. ive heard that it is ver painful, sorry to say that. but my brothers friend has it done and she said it still hurts like 2 years after she got it done.
2. i dont think it is dangerous like you said its not connected to anything. so i dont think you have nothing to worry about.

i have that done and it doesnt hurt AT ALL. thats probably the least painful of all. iknow it doesnt affect anything becaues my aunt has a piercing store and wouldnt pierce that on me if it would affect me in any way. you cant even feel that its there! everyone that sees it falls in love with it and i personally love it so you should get it if you want to :]

That's the BEST piercing I ever decided to get! I love it, and it's so pretty. Everyone who sees it, is like, "eww did that hurt!?" It really just depends on how much pain you can actually handle. I don't know if you have your cartilidge pierced, but if you do & that one hurt, this one is DEFINITELY going to hurt!
It's just cartilidge, just like getting your upper cartilidge pierced, seriously. It didn't hurt me at all. Some people use the gun, but most places just use a single needle to pin it through, it just depends on where you go!
Probably the only thing that bothered my ear, was cleaning it, because it was really hard not to get like the ear cleansing stuff in your ear. My ears are horribly sensitive, so like I cant go underwater or anything, just because if like the littlest bit of water or anything touches the inside of my ear I get horrible headaches & stuff, it sucks.
But it is REALLY hard to clean it, that's probably one of the worst things about it! But it definitely didn't hurt in the slightest. I thought it would hurt a lot more then the cartilidge piercings hurt, but it hurt less. =]
It's definitely worth it!

oh my mom has this pierced. it isnt painful. they just stick a needle in it like you just hear it going in each later of cartilidge and no its not dangerous there are no major nerves there
