I've not heard of it happening with regular Mountain Dew. Looking at the ingredients listed on the Mountain Dew website, I only see yellow dye, not blue. Baja Blast, Code Red, and MDX flavors have some blue dye, but it seems to be pretty light in those.

I think it would need to be something with fairly heavy blue dye concentration like Mountain Dew Pitch Black (which was a limited edition that was really a very dark purple, not black).

Brightly colored cake frosting (like blue, green, or purple) is another example of a possible source. People eating "red white and blue" cakes or cupcakes over the holiday may very well have green poo from that blue frosting. ;-)

I've also heard that if you eat a lot of leafy green vegetables, iron supplements, or iron rich foods that can cause some green tinted poo.

And finally The bile that is secreted in the first part of the small intestine is green tinted. When poo passes through the large intestine, it turns darker and more brown. If a poo "hurries" through too fast, it might still have some of the bile color and not have time to turn brown. This happens most often with diarrhea.

At any rate, if you're not feeling well, and/or still having green poo, you should see your doctor just to be on the safe side.
