making a move

Okay, so i like this one kid who i have never met in person. He is my cousins best freind. And well we are supposed to hang out on thursday. And well i dont know if he is going to make a move. because on the phone he was like what would do i did make a move and all that. and i told him i probably wouldnt care. So should i try flirting with him? or what. also this sounds stupid but how do yu "flirt" ?

Sure try flirting with him, but make sure that even if you know hes your cousins friend and all, just make sure hes not going to harm you at all like any creep over the internet can do. When your fliriting, you can nudge him and smile at him with a little grin and giggle and what you think flirting is. I thnk of flirting as cute things, if you know what i mean? Hope this helped.
