xxsima answered Tuesday July 4 2006, 2:49 pm: Well, first off, cut off junk food. That doesn't mean that you can't have a brownie or a cheeseburger ever again, but you can have them occasionally. Eat healthy. Eat fruits, vegetables, drink water, ect. Also, exercise. Try some crunches, sit ups, pushups, and stretching at home. You can get once of those big balls that kids play with at Walmart for only 3 bucks. Lean against it, and slightly sit on it, and start doing crunches and sit ups. After you stick to your routine, then you should feel healthy and more active. :]]
