how to retrain rabbit to use litter tray

make the tray smell like the rabbit or move it to wherever the rabbit might be going to the bathroom.

I think you should just give it some time. It's gonna have to pee sometime and its going to go in the only place it can. You can also try making it smell bad on some place by moving its poop to one side of the litter tray that way the rabbit senses that that is where it should use the bathroom.
