How do I use the toothpaste? Like what do I do with it? Just rub it in or what? Thank you

Just apply the toothpaste so it'll cover the whle zit. Dont rub it in, just cover it up. Then leave it for a while. You should put it right before you go to bed, then take it off in the morning. It really reduces the redness.
