I have been recieving remicade infusions for rheumatoid arthritis for the last 4 years and
as of the last 6 months. The relieve level that i experienced at first seems to have diminished considerably. Is it possible that my body has become imuned to it?

Just so you know, you're not going to get a really good answer by asking on advicenators because I can say most of us ARN'T doctors.

There is such a thing as tolerance level for pain medication, but I don't know if that exsists for remicade because it's entirely different. I would say you need to review your treatment regimin with your Dr. Any medication questions could be directed toward your pharmacist.

But I don't think you can get immune to the medicine. Maybe the arthritis is getting a little worse and if thats the case your doctor is just going to have to give you stronger medicine.
