that was my question.. umm i just have one more sorry but did they have like chubby stomachs? and how many of those do i do each day to see results?

OK, First, no, they had pretty flat stomachs except for the one lady & she said that was because she can't stop eating. lol. Sencondly, the ladies said you should try for doing that 20 times. Push yourself up, hold for at least 5 to 10 seconds, then repeat. It will hurt like hell when you first start...if your doing it right. (I was hoping I explained it good enough. I couldn't find any pics of it on the net). Well, good luck to ya & I will be doing it right along with ya. ]
