first you should see if its ok for your friend that went out w/him. just tell her that you like him and you wana go for him, but if its not ok w/her, then you wont do anything.
if his sister's really sensitive and you think she might care if you went out w/him, then ask her first if its ok w/her if you went out w/him.
if its not ok w/one of ur friends, then dont go out w/him, and just stay friends, cuz theres plenty of other guys.
if its ok w/both of them, then you should go for him♥
