I think that these are kinda oppion questions but I'll answer them how I think, which means you might want to ask someone else too.
I personally have just once, kissed someone in the rain. It wasn't raining too hard or too soft, just perfect. And if I forget I was kissing a total jerk, then it all would be good! =]
No but seriously, have you heard or a white noise? At least I think it is called that? Sometimes at night, when u cant sleep, and you hear a low noise of like the heater or something and it relaxes you? The rain does that: when its not downpouring, its soft and relaxing.
Also, you can hardly hear anything but you and the guy's *or girl's* breathing and heartbeat. It's usually, not romantic, but relaxed and comfortable (once you forget you getting wet!). When people kiss in the rain, it's usually passionate (at least for me.... the first time I made out with someone! Score! Just kidding!)
I think this is because maybe everythings moving around you and it makes such a noise that you want to get closer?
I'm really not that sure: in that I really can't explain. But it did feel different. Now when i kiss someone, I want it to feel like that, and sometimes it does: slow, relaxed and passionate.
I hope this very confusing explaniation helps....
