If you do want to shave then using shaving cream is the best. but you need a new razor( but be careful it will be sharp). then shave slowly and use different directions to do it. then after it is removed wash the shaving cream off, and use some soap and make sure you wash all of the areas you shaved. then rinse the soap off well. the soap helps so the ingrown hairs don't cause bumps because those are painful. good luck and if you need anything else just let me know.
