I was having sex the othernight when the condom broke outside, because i didn't feel it pop or anything..should I go get the pill and if i do what are the side effects of taking it when not needed?

You have to get the morning after pill at least up to 5 days after you had unprotected sex and you should be okay..however it is just 75% effective. I would suggest using condoms and birthcontrol. Birth control is 99% effective and condoms are 97% effective. This way you can feel more secure if it breaks again. I got birthcontrol, which is $20 a month in my local area and my mom doesnt know anything about it. I have it delivered to my boyfriends house every month and I feel more secure about being protected. [ TrojNgrl6907's advice column | Ask TrojNgrl6907 A Question ]
