Okay, so I have this strange thing and I'm wondering what might cause it. Last year I really liked this guy and he liked me. We weren't dating or anything but we were friends and knew we liked eachother. Nothing had changed but suddenly I was completely disgusted by him and never even wanted to hear his name again. I didn't speak to him until about four months later and we both ended up liking eachother again. (we don't have anything going on right now, it's a long story but we are completely over eachother)
I didn't really think anything of it but recently I was on a date with this guy and really liked him. Now I don't know if he likes me or not but all of a sudden I really don't like him. And everything was great and this seems to happen whether the guy likes me or not.
What could it be?
THANKS!
Emily

This could simply be that your really not into guys right now and perhaps havn't been together long enough to have experienced a proper teenage relationship. Teenage girls and boys go through different people for different needs for example like somebody then like somebody else but just havn't got what you wanted in them. Maybe you just havn't found your match yet. It all depends on:
a) The personal qualities that a guy has
b) What your looking for out of the relationship
If you find a guy you like because for example he has good humour then you might feel attracted to him because of that and if you feel as though the relationship is getting somewhere then maybe you can act on your feelings for him. You might be one of these girls who just gets bored after a while with the same old guy because he doesn't have the qualities that you wanted out of him. My guess is that you know what sort of guy you want but he just isn't there at the minute. Keep trying and searching. He will be out there somewhere. Daniel.
