Weight I have two questions..
1. i want to loose a little bit of weight. If i run 45-60 minutes a day and eat good food...about how much weight will i loose a week?
&
2. when i run on my treadmill, i get really bored and its really hard for me to run a long time. Do you have any ideas on what i could do to keep me entertained???

With that rutine you should loose about 1-3 pounds a week. Sometimes you won't loose any and that's fine too. When you're running, put on some music or listen to your iPod or cd player. I also get bored so I listen to my iPod and it's not as boring. You can also do other exercises. ]
