Weight. Hi, guys. I'm 15, and my weight is somewhere between 180-190. (I haven't been weighed in awhile) Last time I went to the doctor was last September, and I had been doing good. I was gradually losing weight & had lost 15 pounds to make me 173. But now I know I've gained weight, and I am so dissapointed in myself. I know not eating is bad, but what are some tips that will help me shed weight fast? I walk/sometimes jog everyday for 30 mins - 1 hour. But what should I limit my calories to per day, please please help. I have my next appt. on the 29th, and my mother is going to be very dissapointed in me, she is stick thin. :/ I'm only 5'2 so the weight definitely shows on me, but I'm also big boned. My doctor says my ideal weight should be around 145-150. Any tips? I've started drinking water, but what would maybe be a good diet plan for me?

exactly like me. i am your height and i hate my weight and i try everything. but what works best is when you are walking to walk with your head high, arms swinging at yourside, and a fast pace. jogging and running is not good for your knees and back. make sure to drink pleanty of water. and a diet you could try is to either snack all day on healthy foods and not eat regular meals or to only eat three healthy meals a day and not snack in between. make sure to eat lots of fruits and vegetables. i am big boned also and when my mom turns sideways i sware she disappears she is so skinny. you must have not picked up on her jeans. exercise and dieting are boring and hard but good luck! ]
Ok well I think a good calorie limit would be around 1200-1500. I used that and it worked wonders for me. Please do not go under 1000 that is just unhealthy. Use your calories wisley. Eat fruits and veggies you love and try buying organic cereals, organic foods, etc. Do not drink soda or even diet. Diet has some ingridients in it that can slow down your metabolism and make you gain weight. Drink WATER WATER WATER!!! Plenty of it! They are a lot healthier for you and they have some protein and fiber to help you stay healthy while you lose. Try putting some cardio into your work out like kick boxing or something. You can't loose a lot weight in 4 days hun sorry to say but you can loose a lot over a corse of a few months. Go back to the doctor in a few months when you start seeing major results. Don't worry about what your weight is now. Just know that you are taking steps to being a healthier you!good luck!
