i do really like him it's just that when we weren't going out he acted funny and the way he is. Now that we are going out he is acting like he doewsn't know me anymore. What's the matter and he really LIKES me and everything. So why is he changing. I'm not going to see him 4 the rest of the summer. WHat should i do?

It sounds to me like you are still really young (13-15). Boys as you probably know, mature later than girls. This is how some boys act, especially in front of their friends. They don't want to make it look like they seem soft in any way because they think, at that age, that they need to act a certain way so they feel they won't be made fun of by peers. If i were you, i would talk to him. what harm could that do. Just tell him that you feel he doesn't pay as much attention to you as you should. You don't want him to be all over you, but to aknowledge that you are his girlfriend. If he still acts this way, and ignores you and pretends you aren't there, then he probably isn't worth it and you should find someone who gives you what you need.
BUT
If you are older, like 16+, then i would say that he isn't mature enough for you and i would talk to him. Otherwise, let him go. You need someone who treats you right and is mature enough for a relationship.
also, make sure to keep in close contact over the summer. (phone), if you're not gonna see him!
