okay well in the begining of the year me & my guy friend had a little thing for eachother, but we never went out. and all of a sudden he started liking another girl. but everytime i see him or talk to him he flirts like crazy and he acts like he really likes me, and he's not like that around other girls. he's shy and i've asked him over AIM if he liked me. but he always says idk. is there a better way to ask him to get a better answer? and if it's in person how do i bring it up?
thanks so much =]

KELLY_ELIZABETH answered Friday June 23 2006, 11:26 am: well since hes shy, hes probably scared you dont liek him back. so he doesnt want to "come clean" with his feelings to you because he doesant want to get his heart broken. it sounds like he still REALLY likes you, by the way you explain it. you could always ask a friend of his to ask him for you, but he might say idk as well. some guys just arent comfortable with telling their feelings to other people, even id its his best friend. you could always write him a note, saying that you like him and were wondering how he feels about you. AND in person is always an option, but he might ot be comfortable (beause hes shy). if you choose to do it in person, which is the most effective, then first start out about talking about the beggining of the year, when you guys both liked eachother. say something like " remember earlier when we both liked eachother? *maybe a laugh, depending on how you say it* well i never really got over you, and i was wondering if you felt the same way or if youve moved on..?". just be honest, its the best you can do! good luck
