everytime i click on my profile settings and change them i click submit at the bottom but it still doesnt change my settings this mean people cant send a question to my inbox how do i stop this from happening, and how can i change my settings

the best thing would be to ask DN about it. you can do that by going to the site & asking a question in the inbox. i think DN is the first name on the moderators list. if not, go to the FAQ section of the site.
