Well I dont see why you would be concerned about this since you are only 13 and I hope you are not getting yourself into something you are going to regret. Anyway It depeneds what you mean by "sexy". The best thing to do is to workout eat right and be confident. Thats as sexy as every person can get. Also buying the right type of underware mught help. I suggest unless you have the perfect body to stay away from tighty whities, besides boxers are hot =). I am sorry If I am giving you the wrong type of advice but I dont totally understand why you would want to look sexy in your underware if you are only 13.
