I just went rollerblading for the first time this year and my feet ached so bad I had to stop. I rollerbladed last year and was fine. My rollerblades are the same as last year, and I'm the same size as last year. Does anyone know why my poor feet ache so much? Thanks.
Morethan likely your blades need a knew lining, might even need a new boot. So you should go do a measurement. Also you might have them to TIGHT. And if you haven't skated in a while its going to take a few takes to get used to them again.
