Yoga is more of a mind, relaxation exercise, that focus on various types of stretching and breathing.
And pilates, is more of toning your body, your abs, butt, etc, if you want more of an exercise do pilates, and if you are stressed do yoga, but both are really good!

Pilates helps you gain strength and muscle, and in most cases helpes you loose weight.

Yoga, helps you balance your emotions and relax. It also moves a lot slower than Pilates.

Hope I helped!

pilates is strength training movements involving coordinated breathing techniques

while yoga is a system of exercises which help your control of the body and mind. it also improves your breathing and focuses the alignment of your body.

basically, pilates makes you stronger, and yoga helps flexibility and makes your body a "better" body.

i hope i helped :]
