Q: When I turned ON my ipod mini, i didn't even need to hold the button down, i just pressed the button and words came on the screen. does that mean i didn't turn it off good enough?
well i have a nano, but i'm pretty sure they're the same.


which means yes, you did turn it off right.
as long as you pressed & holded the "play/pause" button until the screen went black, your ipod turned off correctly.

Q: what are some good creams for your bikini area that will leave it smooth and no red bumps?

i rate high.

veet bladeless razors work, and so do the "nair" lotions.

neither of them smell amazing, but they do work well.

they also work for about a week, and then you'll need to redo your cream.

Q: what is the difference between pilates and yoga?
pilates is strength training movements involving coordinated breathing techniques

while yoga is a system of exercises which help your control of the body and mind. it also improves your breathing and focuses the alignment of your body.

basically, pilates makes you stronger, and yoga helps flexibility and makes your body a "better" body.

Q: ok well im 13/f 5'1 and im 130 pounds

i want to loose 20 pounds by september

everyday this summer i will.....
speedwalk for an hour or 2
do a 17 magizne workout
eat healthy no junk
do another workout on the on demand

1.do you think its possible to reach my goal?
2.if not how much will i loose?

first of all, use a BMI calculator to find out how overweight you really are. i did one for you, and you're only slightly over the "healthy" weight for your age.

the speedwalking is a good idea, try running sometimes as well.

the 17 workouts are very good, but are more for toning muscle rather than losing weight. still do them, but understand that you'll lose more weight doing to other things.

eating healthy is your best idea. nothing beats a good diet, and you also benefit your body, not just lose weight.

for other workouts, they're smart as well. use videotapes, etc.

i'm positive you'll reach your goal, if not exceed your goal, if you follow your plan.

Q: 16.male I shaved yesterday for the 1st time with my dad's dry electric shaver. Before that I used those disposable gilette (sp?) razors, which meant using it wet and a bit of shaving cream. Well while I wasn't sure how to use it exactly, I ended up cutting the bottom of my chin and under my lower lip. Any tips for next time, to prevent this from happening? I'm not shaving that much off, so should I avoid using an electric one for the time being since I'm not doing my entire face? Thanks a lot, and will rate.
i'd say to make sure your blade is fresh, cause new blades are safer that old/used ones because the duller the blade, the more likely you are to get cut. be sure that your face & blade are wet, and you have plenty of shaving cream on. don't go too fast or too slow, it could add on to cutting yourself. also, don't press too hard, because that could cut you as well.

i wouldn't avoid electric, they are useful, but it's better if you use them if there's more to shave.
