Do i have cervix cancer

um ok im 15 and i have a weard spot lump thing on my vigina and my period has just come on DO I HAVE CANCER? im a virgin!

No, I don't think it's cancer or anything since you are a virgin... But since you are on your period...then it could be a pimple. Anywhere you sweat, there's a possibility of getting a pimple there. It could also be razorburn, if you shave?
If it bothers you, you could go to the doctor.
